Partners welcome · Ideal for 2nd & 3rd trimester · In-person in Bristol

A Workshop made for You

This workshop is designed for expectant parents who want to feel more prepared for life after birth: emotionally, physically, and practically.

It is especially helpful if you are:

Expecting your first or second baby

Aware that postpartum support is limited

Feeling unsure about what postpartum will really be like

In your second or third trimester

Wanting to involve your partner in preparation

Most antenatal education focuses on birth. Yet many parents say their biggest challenges begin once they are home with their baby.

Postpartum is a time of major physical recovery, emotional adjustment, and practical change.

Without preparation or support, parents often experience exhaustion, isolation, confusion.

Not because they are failing, but because they were never shown what to expect.

This workshop exists to bridge that gap.

Why postpartum preparation matters

What will You learn through the Workshop ?

This is not a medical class or a parenting rulebook. It is a realistic, supportive overview of postpartum life, with practical tools you can adapt to your own values and circumstances.
